Rosemarie DePasquale "Ro" 93, of Williamsport, PA, left this life, peacefully, in Burlington, MA, on Monday, January 29, 2024. She was the loving wife of Peter DePasquale of Burlington, dedicated mother of Rosanne Brennan of Bedford, MA, David DePasquale of Melrose, MA, and Carl DePasquale of Bakersfield, CA, and ever-present grandmother to Ruby Brennan of Bedford, Casey DePasquale of New York City, NY, and Peter DePasquale of Pittsburgh PA. Her faithful daughter-in-law, Katie Rodella of Pittsburgh, mother to Casey and Peter, also mourns her loss.

Ro, a vibrant and tenacious woman, passed away with her family by her side. She was born in Barnesboro, PA the daughter of Italian immigrants Joseph and Rose (DiPero) Panaro. She was born into a family of nine and emerged as a force to be reckoned with. Rosemarie's journey through life took a decisive turn when she met the love of her life, Peter DePasquale, in Altoona, PA. Together they founded DePasquale Staffing Services, a testament to their shared entrepreneurial spirit. The duo worked side by side, cultivating success and joy in their business until the age of 82.

Throughout their nearly seven decades of marriage, the couple explored the world from the landscapes of Italy, England, and Norway to the warmth of Hawaii and the vibrant cultures of Morocco and the Caribbean.

Rosemarie's day typically began at 5am, to attend Mass in the Catholic faith, proof of her boundless energy. In addition to her business and religious pursuits, she dedicated herself to community action, the Arts, and volunteer work.

On a personal note, "Ro" was a devoted season ticket holder for the Penn State Nittany Lions. Her love for Penn State Football extended beyond the stadium, with memorable tailgate parties that highlighted her culinary skill. Throughout her life she was an active participant in garden clubs, crafting of all sorts, anything from comforting quilts to festive Christmas tree ornaments.

Above all, Rosemarie cherished moments with her family, especially her grandchildren. Her legacy lives on in the warmth of the memories she created and the countless lives she touched with her vivacity, generosity and love.

Rosemarie was predeceased by her siblings, Leonard, Mary, Annie, Nellie, Nicholas, Victor, Archie and Francis. She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, their children, and adoring grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visiting hours from 10 to 11:30am on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St. Burlington. Her Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Malachy's Church, 99 Bedford St. Burlington at noon. Interment will be private and at the convenience of her family.
