Philip J. Hines passed away at the Winchester Nursing Center on Thursday afternoon, March 15, 2018. He was 79 years old.

Philip was born, raised and educated in Medford. He worked at Raytheon in Burlington for over 30 years as a Lithographer. He had a passion for golf and belonged to many leagues throughout the years including one with his co-workers at Raytheon. During his retirement years Philip worked part-time at the Bear Hill Country Club in Stoneham. Philip enjoyed traveling with his companion of over 40 years Diane.

Philip was the father of Michael & his wife Margaret of St. Augustine, FL, Philip & his wife Denise of Billerica and Darlene of SC. Grandfather of Michael & Matthew. Brother of the late Irene Nelson, Phyllis Cook and Robert & William Hines. Longtime companion of Diane Roberts of Woburn.

Visiting hours will be held at the Edward V Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St, BURLINGTON (Exit 34 off Rt. 128/95 Woburn side) on Saturday, March 24 from 1-4 p.m. Relatives & friends respectfully invited to attend. Funeral Services and Burial will be private.
