Patricia Knowles, of Worcester, age 77, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2025.

Born in Boston, MA on January 19th she was a daughter of the late James and Ruth (Oliver) Knowles.  Pat was raised in Roslindale, and graduated from Roslindale High School.  She then went on to work various jobs, and most recently worked as a sales associate for Macy's for many years.

Pat is survived by her loving son Richard Knowles of Worcester; her sisters Alice Knowles and her wife KathyAnn Gianino of Medford, Joanne Knowles-Dustin of Burlington, and Christine Johnson and her husband Eric of Danvers; her nephews and niece, Dennis Johnson, Alex Johnson, and Jenna (Johnson) Seyfried.

Pat was the beloved sister of the late Richard Knowles.

At the request of Pat's family, all services will be held privately.  As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's honor may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
