Patricia A.
Forgeron
September 5, 1951 – April 25, 2025
Patricia A. "Trisha" Forgeron, of Burlington, a longtime employee of Sears, passed away unexpectedly on Friday morning, April 25, 2025. She was 73 years old.
Born in Somerville, Patricia—affectionately known as Trisha—was one of two children of the late Alfred and Mary Forgeron. She was raised in Burlington and graduated from Burlington High School in 1970.
Trisha began her career at Sears as a seasonal gift wrapper during the holidays. Over the years, she worked her way up to sales associate and eventually became a department manager in Home Fashions. She dedicated 22 years to Sears, cherishing its close-to-home convenience and, more importantly, the relationships she built with customers and coworkers, who became like a second family.
When Sears began downsizing, Trisha transitioned to TD Bank, where she worked in the Mortgage Sales Department for eight years before retiring.
One of the most meaningful parts of her time at Sears was meeting her partner, John Brennan. Trisha and John were devoted companions for 26 years until his passing. Though they maintained separate homes, they shared daily routines, always starting their mornings with breakfast and ending their days with dinner together. A bit of a homebody by nature, Trisha was encouraged by John to venture out—joining a bowling league and enjoying other outings together. Their relationship was unique, but it suited them both perfectly.
Some of Trisha's closest friendships also blossomed during her Sears years. She cherished girls' nights out and weekend getaways to Lake Ossipee, one of her favorite vacation spots.
Trisha had a few treasured hobbies. She enjoyed ceramics, proudly displaying her creations in her home and garden. She was also a talented crocheter, crafting afghans and baby blankets as thoughtful gifts for friends. She took great pride in her home and maintained her yard with meticulous care.
Patricia was the beloved daughter of the late Alfred and Mary Forgeron, and the sister of the late Kevin Forgeron. She was the longtime companion of the late John Brennan.
