Marion P. “Pat” (Lyons) Hinckley– of Burlington, peacefully passed away at home at the age of 84 on October 31, 2026.

Born March 5, 1942, in Boston, MA to late John P. and Marion G. (McIntyre) Lyons. Pat grew up in Somerville and Arlington; a graduate of Matignon High School, Cambridge and attended Burdett School of Business in Boston prior to starting & raising her family in Arlington before moving to Burlington.

Pat was the beloved long-term companion of 30 years of the late Russ Gould. Proud mother of daughters Laura Falcone of VA & her husband Alex, Kelly Sampson & her long-term companion Mr. Dana Marfongelli of Burlington, Michelle Vella of Billerica, the late son John and her treasured cat Mister. Cherished Nana of ten and Great-Nana of five. Dear sister of the late John P. Lyons and Mary Ann Mallett.Pat was an avid Bingo player, a staple at the Cambridge Bowladrome leagues, enjoyed travel to Vegas and for over 25 years to Aruba twice a year! For many years Christmas Eve at Nana’s was a highlight of family celebration where Nana showered her family with gifts of love followed by a friendly game of cards - SKAT! You would find Pat at Kitty’s Restaurant every Sunday and Wednesday having her favorite Cheeseburger and fries while cheering on her KENO numbers. Pat worked in many office settings over the years, ultimately she retired at the age of 76 after working for over twenty years as Office Manager at Hear USA in Arlington, a job she thoroughly revered.

A Mass will be held in St. Margaret's Church, 111 Winn St., Burlington on Thursday, November 5th at 10:00 a.m. Relatives & friends respectfully invited to attend. Burial will be private; celebrations of life to be held at future date. Memorials in Pat’s name may be made to Corolla Wild Horse Fund
